Strength

Strength is the foundation of a resilient, adaptable, and capable body.  We will take you through our technique focused approach to training to build your strength and stability.  With a mix of both large compound and functional movements, this class is suitable for both beginners and those more advanced. 

Purpose Driven Movement

These classes are all about building a more functional, resilient body. Fixing imbalances, injury prevention,  improving posture and working on improving your movement. A must do for everyone who wants to train and live life to the fullest.

Rise and Grind

Get up early, get your cardio in and enjoy the rest of the day. This class is for the cardio lovers, push your self and enjoy the endorphins. 

Masterclass

A class specialised for those enjoying the bigger lifts.  We’ll practice excellent technique, build power and get you performing at your best.

Stretch and Recovery

Breath out. This class is all about loosening the body and relaxing those sore muscles after a big week’s training. We’ll use foam rollers, physio balls and ballistic stretching.

High Performance

This is for those who want to push it to the next level. Great for those training for an event, their sport or if you’re just up for a challenge.

WoW (Workout of the Week)

This class is a combination of strength, all your big compound movements, mixed in with some explosive cardio.  Expect the unexpected as we’ll give you a new challenge every week.  

Beach Bootcamp

Why live in Yamba if you’re not going to get out on the beach? Jono changes it up for us every week but expect to be running, flipping tires, bear crawling. To be honest we never quite know what he has in store. What we do know is you’ll get sandy, sweaty and work your ass off while enjoying our beautiful beaches.
